1862-2012 : a century and a half of cheese and beer tradition From Easter holidays 2012, the Auberge will invite you to travel in the sources of the Chimay trappist products 360 m2 will be dedicated to a beer and cheese interpretation place declined between tradition and modernity. A new scenographic approach will present over time the story of the Chimay trappist products, the beer and cheese process. Some modules will be permanent and others temporary “Open your senses” : the visit will make you hear, taste, touch and see... «The garden» : discover a garden dedicated to the ingredients and aroma’s present in the Chimay beer. A new playground will delight children and parents.
